QAD Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst in its Value Creation & AI Transformation team to drive and orchestrate cross-functional AI initiatives, operating-model evolution, and measurable business impact.

You will translate strategic priorities into concrete initiatives with clear owners, milestones, and KPIs, while building dashboards and executive materials to track progress. Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity value creation, corporate strategy, business operations, transformation, program management, or similar analytical/execution role.
• Strong analytical skills, including Excel/Sheets, financial logic, KPI analysis, business cases, and operational metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize inputs into executive-ready materials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, track follow-ups, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and translating ambiguous asks into structured outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Translate high-level strategic priorities into specific, measurable initiatives with owners, milestones, KPIs, dependencies, and impact.
• Build and maintain initiative trackers, KPI dashboards, business cases, and executive materials.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, GTM, Support, Professional Services, Finance, HR, and Legal to track progress and unblock progress.
• Support operating rhythms, including leadership reviews, SteerCo materials, and initiative readouts.
• Conduct analysis to size opportunities, assess benefits, and track actual vs. planned impact.
