Perficient is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional programs using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models in a fast-paced technical environment. You will guide data validation, AI-driven process optimization, and strategic initiatives with a strong focus on business impact.

The role requires10+ years in consulting, PMO leadership, and experience managing large-scale data projects. Travel up to 25% may be required, and PMP/Agile certifications are preferred.

• 10+ years in consulting and PMO leadership
• Proven success in large-scale data projects and enterprise transformations
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data structures, and reporting ecosystems
• Familiarity with AI concepts and integration strategies
• PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
• Industry experience in Telecommunications/Media/Technology, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer, and/or Automotive preferred
• Ability to lead data-intensive initiatives across cloud migrations, AI/ML implementations, and advanced data engineering

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced technical environment. This role demands a strategic thinker who combines exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills with hands‑on experience in technology integration, data validation, and AI-driven process optimization. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of transforming challenges into successful outcomes through leadership, technical fluency, and a relentless focus on business impact.

What You’ll Do:

Agile & Project Delivery

• Masterfully apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to suit business needs.
• Define and evolve delivery frameworks; lead organizational adoption and coach teams on best practices.
• Architect and optimize Agile tooling environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence); set governance standards for scaled delivery.
• Establish common goals across multiple teams and define metrics to track performance.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs with high visibility and complexity.

Data & Analytics

• Collaborate with technical teams to validate complex datasets using SQL and data structures.
• Design and deliver executive-level reporting frameworks; leverage advanced analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to drive strategic decisions.
• Partner with data leaders to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and alignment with business goals.
• Champion AI adoption across programs and portfolios.
• Define use cases, evaluate platforms, and lead initiatives embedding AI into delivery and decision-making.

Financial & Risk Management

• Own multi-million-dollar budgets; align financial strategy with business outcomes.
• Develop enterprise-level risk and change management frameworks; lead governance boards to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, clients, and partners.
• Influence strategic direction and ensure stakeholder satisfaction across initiatives.
• Resolve escalations and maintain delivery momentum across geographies.

Contract & Negotiation

• Oversee complex contract structures, including multi-vendor and international agreements.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients, vendors, and internal executives.
• Drive strategic pursuits and solutioning efforts.
• Shape proposals, define delivery models, and ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in consulting and project/program management, including PMO leadership and multi-track engagements.
• Proven success in managing large-scale data projects and enterprise transformations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data structures, and reporting ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and integration strategies.
• PMP® and Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe) preferred.
• Industry experience in Telecommunications/Media/Technology, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer, and/or Automotive preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex, data-intensive initiatives - driving successful outcomes across cloud migrations, AI/ML implementations, advanced search solutions, and cutting-edge data engineering programs.
• Skilled in aligning technical execution with strategic objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, typically once per quarter; frequency may vary based on client needs and SOW budget, and some roles may not require travel.
