PMG is hiring an AI & Software Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering AI-powered features within Alli. You will shape the technical roadmap, ensure scalable architecture, and partner with product and design to translate ideas into impact.

You will balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, guiding the team to deliver measurable results across marketing technology. The role emphasizes fostering innovation, maintaining code quality, and staying ahead of AI trends.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development experience with object-oriented programming.
• 2+ years leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Strong expertise in RESTful API design and system architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and Go.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing and cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application management.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers.
• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for Alli’s AI-powered solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features for smarter marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable code through reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
