Capgemini Mexico is seeking a senior engineer to lead the architecture and delivery of an agentic AI data quality platform on GCP. You will govern solution architecture across AI, data, backend, and frontend tracks and interface with the client teams.

You will own technical risk and drive PoC execution through Week 12 live demos. The role requires hands-on work with LLM pipelines, FastAPI, and REST APIs, plus strong stakeholder communication and the ability to articulate complex technical

Your Role

• Responsible for defining and governing the solution architecture across all tracks (AI, Data, Backend, Frontend), ensuring parallel workstreams stay aligned, and serving as the primary technical interface with the IHG client team.
• Leads the mid-PoC review at Week 7 and the live demo at Week 12, and produces the Phase 1 migration plan and handover documentation.
• Define architecture and interface contracts across all 5 agents and platform layers.
• Own technical risk across GCP infra, LLM routing, lineage design, and case management.
• Chair the weekly status meetings and mid-PoC review sessions.
• Produce the evaluation report, access-readiness assessment, and Phase 1 migration plan.
• Ensure L1 advisory-only autonomy guardrails are upheld throughout.

Your Profile

• Proven experience leading AI / data platform PoCs or technical engagements end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of GCP services (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Vertex AI / Gemini).
• Understanding of agentic AI architecture patterns (multi-agent orchestration, LLM routing, HITL design).
• Experience with data quality frameworks and metadata-driven lineage.
• Excellent stakeholder communication; comfortable presenting to senior client counterparts.
• Hands-on experience with building production-grade LLM pipelines or multi-agent systems, FastAPI, event-driven architectures, and REST API design.
• Owns the end-to-end technical vision and delivery accountability for a 12-week PoC building an agentic AI data quality platform on GCP.
• Engaged, detailed, and curious, not just overseeing tasks.
