PMG, a global independent platform company, seeks an AI & Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers building AI‑driven solutions for Alli. You’ll shape the technical vision, balance innovation with business needs, and mentor engineers in a fast‑moving environment.

You’ll collaborate with product managers and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI features that power smarter marketing decisions for top brands.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Strong RESTful API design and system architecture knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong communication across teams.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of engineers, fostering career growth and technical excellence.
• Work in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment where ideas become impactful solutions quickly.
• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for Alli’s AI‑powered solutions, ensuring scalability.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven features that help brands make smarter marketing decisions.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Guide the team in best practices for clean code, automated testing, and scalable architecture.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high‑quality code.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML technologies and champion innovation for marketing tech.
