IgniteTech is seeking a PMP-certified IT Project Manager to lead AI-enhanced project delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will drive end-to-end IT projects, integrate GenAI tools, and design scalable, AI-assisted PM processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and business stakeholders, manage budgets, and present data-driven insights to leadership. This role emphasizes making strategic contributions beyond simple status updates.

Formación

• PMP Certification and active standing.
• 3+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proficient with JIRA or Smartsheet for scheduling, resource allocation, tracking, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience using GenAI tools to improve productivity and workflow integration.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; translate data into decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executives and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery with AI-augmented planning and risk management.
• Integrate GenAI tools and AI-powered PM platforms into daily workflows.
• Design and scale AI-enhanced PM processes adopted across the team.
• Analyze project data and predictive analytics to forecast risks and propose data-backed actions.
• Manage budgets, burn rates, and cost forecasts with data-driven precision.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, QA, design, and business stakeholders.
• Handle escalations quickly and implement root-cause fixes.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with proactive progress updates.
