3Pillar Global seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead AI-enabled engagements across the SDLC, partnering with clients and internal teams to shape delivery strategy and govern outcomes for complex, fixed-scope engagements.

You will drive governance, risk management, and delivery excellence while maintaining a remote-first environment and collaborating with global teams to ensure high-quality, on-time results.

Formación

• Engineering Foundation: software engineering to program leadership.
• 10+ years across software engineering, tech leadership, and delivery leadership with 5+ years in delivery leadership.
• Experience Deploying AI Agents into Delivery Workflows.
• Understanding where AI drives efficiency in the SDLC and where human oversight is non-negotiable.
• Experience on Fixed-Outcome or SOW-Based engagements.
• Proven ability to manage external client relationships at technical/mid-management level.
• Experience contributing to Pre-Sales or Pre-SOW solutioning.
• Cloud Platform Fluency: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Professional Services/Consulting context experience.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagements where AI agents are embedded across the SDLC—requirements, code generation, testing, documentation, release management.
• Identify genuine efficiency gains from AI and where human oversight is required to maintain quality and trust.
• Contribute to evolving AI-driven delivery practices and incorporate lessons learned into the operating model.
• Define engagement scope, approach, and solution architecture for pre-contract work.
• Lead day-to-day delivery for technical and mid-management stakeholders with trusted communication.
• Govern delivery through executive-level governance with alignment on objectives, risks, and progress.
• Own end-to-end program execution across 2–3 concurrent accounts or a large engagement, depending on scope.
• Ensure quality bar, enforce done criteria, and stand behind results with the client.
• Build delivery mechanisms: cadences, dashboards, escalation paths, and reporting structures.
• Maintain the human oversight model for AI work with review depth, test coverage, and sign-off ownership.
