Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. You will play a critical role in shaping the company's talent pipeline, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the national job market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in managing diverse recruitment processes. The focus will be on building a high-performing team and driving recruitment success through data-driven insights and best practices, all from a remote setting.
