Placements24 is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for our client, a dynamic tech firm in Guadalajara, Jalisco. You will lead the HR function, shape strategy, and drive talent initiatives across recruitment, compensation, performance management, and development.

You will foster a positive, inclusive culture, ensure labor-law compliance, and collaborate with senior management on workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision and values.
• Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions effectively.

• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, promoting a culture of continuous feedback and development.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
