About Farahi Law Firm
Farahi Law Firm is a premier, fast-growing U.S. personal injury law firm built around excellence, velocity, and relentless advocacy. As we continue expanding across the U.S. and Mexico, we are building the people infrastructure required to scale without compromising our standards.

- Advise Leadership: Partner with executives and managers on organizational design, performance, leadership effectiveness, and sensitive people matters.
- Lead HRBPs: Provide direction and coaching to HRBPs while ensuring consistent HR practices across markets.
- Own Employee Relations: Lead complex performance, conflict, conduct, and employee relations matters with sound judgment.
- Drive Compliance: Oversee HR governance and employment compliance across U.S. and Mexican operations.
- Build Talent & Capability: Lead performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and internal talent development.
- Scale HR Operations: Improve HR processes, systems, reporting, and workforce data to support a rapidly growing organization.
- Strengthen Culture: Build a high-performance, accountable, and professional culture across the organization.
Who You Are
- Experienced: 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Director-level leadership supporting U.S. organizations.
- Strategic: Able to connect people strategy directly to business objectives and growth.
- Multi-Market: Hands-on experience managing HR across the U.S. and Mexico, including employment practices and labor regulations.
- Executive-Level: Confident advising and challenging senior leaders while maintaining strong relationships and credibility.
- Strong in ER: Experienced handling complex employee relations and high-risk people matters.
- HRBP Leader: Proven experience leading HRBPs or regional HR teams.
- Business-Minded: Comfortable balancing employee needs, business priorities, and compliance requirements.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with BambooHR or a comparable HRIS.
- Fluent in English: Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to work directly with U.S. executives.
Why Join Us?
- High Executive Visibility: Work directly with senior leadership and influence key business decisions.
- Build & Scale: Create HR infrastructure and processes in a rapidly growing organization.
- Strategic Impact: Shape culture, leadership, organizational effectiveness, and the employee experience.
- High Growth Environment: Join a team that values accountability, speed, continuous improvement, and high performance.
