Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Analyst to analyze product fulfillment performance, manage order data, and provide actionable insights to improve delivery and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with multiple functions to identify risks, root causes, and corrective actions, while developing dashboards and reporting tools to drive accountability across the organization.

Preferred candidates have Power BI and ERP experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer fulfillment performance and delivery trends to improve on-time delivery.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports for key metrics.
• Monitor allocation performance and identify gaps to support prioritization.
• Investigate fulfillment issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare KPI reviews and executive summaries on delivery and customer experience.
• Coordinate data collection for business and customer reviews.
• Suggest process improvements to boost satisfaction and efficiency.
