Job summary

NetApp seeks a Senior Data Analyst to support the Global Order Fulfillment team. You will transform complex operational and financial data into actionable insights to improve execution, forecasting, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve recurring Global Order Fulfillment reporting, KPI analysis, and performance visibility.
• Support quarterly, annual, and quarter-end revenue forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting, including variance analysis.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to validate data sources and improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance KPIs measuring backlog health, shipment execution, and lead times.
• Use advanced Excel and Power BI to analyze datasets and deliver decision-ready insights (DAX, model, report).
• Gather requirements, map data flows, write queries, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Support AI-enabled analytics initiatives, including knowledge curation and prompts tooling.
• Contribute to AI/analytics projects; experience with enterprise AI platforms is a plus.
• Lead or support analytics projects with defined scope, milestones, risks, and updates.
• Analyze complex or poorly documented current-state processes.

Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst supporting the Global Order Fulfillment team, you will transform complex operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights that improve execution, forecasting, and decision-making. The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on data analysis skills in Excel and Power BI with experience in financial reporting, quarter-end forecasting, practical AI enablement, and disciplined project execution. You will partner across Order Fulfillment, Finance, Sales Operations, IT, and other functions to simplify reporting, improve data quality, develop scalable solutions, and accelerate the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve recurring Global Order Fulfillment reporting, KPI analysis, and performance visibility.
• Support quarterly, annual, and quarter-end revenue forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting, including variance analysis, trend identification, and clear communication of risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Finance and operational stakeholders to validate assumptions, reconcile data sources, and improve forecast accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance KPIs that measure backlog health, shipment execution, lead time, revenue attainment, and other fulfillment outcomes.
• Use advanced Excel and Power BI to analyze complex datasets, develop repeatable reporting solutions, and deliver decision-ready insights. The role requires strong hands-on Power BI proficiency, including data preparation, modeling, DAX, and report enhancement, but does not primarily own enterprise platform administration or highly complex dashboard engineering.
• Gather business requirements, identify and validate data sources, map data flows, write queries, assess data quality, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support AI-enabled analytics and workflow initiatives, including preparing and curating knowledge sources, configuring and grounding agents, developing reusable skills and prompts, testing and evaluating outputs, documenting use cases, and continuously improving solution accuracy and reliability.
• Contribute to projects involving AI agents and analytics platforms; experience with Abacus, Microsoft Copilot, or a comparable enterprise AI or agent platform is a plus.
• Lead or support small-to-medium analytics and process-improvement projects by defining scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and status updates.
