Job summary

DiDi is seeking a Delivery Operations Senior Analyst to support Entrega C2C daily fulfillment. The role requires close collaboration with couriers and local operations, using data to identify problems and turning insights into executable actions with clear ownership.

Successful candidates will leverage SQL/Excel to analyze metrics, stay connected with field staff, and drive improvements in pricing, incentives, and delivery quality across markets, using AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, logistics, last‑mile delivery, mobility, or e‑commerce.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to combine data and field observations to identify real problems.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve daily workflows.
• Fluent to native English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage courier pricing to improve pricing effectiveness.
• Plan and execute courier incentives for supply availability.
• Monitor delivery fulfillment and courier performance with data and field insights.
• Engage with couriers via field visits, interviews, surveys and focus groups.
• Translate findings into actionable plans with clear owners and timelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Data and Operations teams across countries on launches.
• Follow up on actions, evaluate results, and adjust as needed.
• Incorporate AI into recurring workflows to boost efficiency.
