Job summary

Panduit is seeking a data/BI professional to enhance data flow, build dashboards, and deliver insights that drive supply chain decisions. The role emphasizes SQL/ETL work, data quality, and collaboration with BI Analysts to meet internal client needs.

The ideal candidate has up to 2 years in supply chain analytics, proficiency with Power BI, OTBI, and Excel, and a strong foundation in data modeling and analytics to support planning and KPI analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 0–2 years experience in supply chain or related field required.
• Experience with ETL tools, data management and SQL preferred.
• Proficiency with Power BI and data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage data flow, ensure accuracy, and optimize database structures using SQL or ETL tools.
• Design dashboards and reports to support decision-making, focusing on trends and performance.
• Analyze data trends and build predictive models; establish centralized data repositories.
• Collaborate with BI Analysts and internal teams; provide ad-hoc analysis for internal clients.
