Job summary

One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit seeks an experienced Front Desk Manager to lead daily operations, manage guest services, and coordinate across departments. You will ensure smooth check-in, accurate billing, and exceptional experiences for discerning guests.

The role requires 5+ years in hospitality, a Bachelor's degree in tourism or hotel management, and strong English communication. The position is on-site, with responsibilities across reception, concierge, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism or Hotel Management is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or guest services.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Review the logbook to delegate tasks.
• Print reports and follow up on pending matters.
• Ensure grooming and punctuality of all department personnel.
• Lead the department’s daily line-up meetings.
• Coordinate room assignments for arrivals and special requests.
• Coordinate voucher adjustments, cash handling, and charges.
• Ensure accurate check-in procedures and guest information.
• Address guest complaints with prompt, satisfactory solutions.
• Supervise shift handover and maintain accurate records in the system.
