Hyde in Mexico City seeks a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring warm, efficient service that aligns with Hyde’s lifestyle standards. You will support the Front Office Manager, coordinate shifts, and resolve guest issues with a proactive attitude.

The ideal candidate is guest-focused, organized, and capable of leading a team during high-demand periods, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for guests.

Formación

• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Front Office, Reception, Guest Services or similar guest-facing role.
• Previous supervisory experience in lifestyle, luxury, upscale hotels preferred.
• Advanced English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the daily Front Office operation including check-in, check-out, room assignment, billing, and guest assistance.
• Ensure every guest arrival and departure is smooth, warm, efficient, and memorable.
• Coordinate Front Office team during shifts, assign tasks, set priorities, and follow up.
• Handle VIP guests, special arrivals, groups, celebrations, and personalized requests.
• Resolve guest complaints and incidents with service recovery mindset.
• Update guest profiles, preferences, traces, and notes in the system.
• Monitor payments, billing, and financial controls; ensure proper handovers and reports.
