Homma Talent in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office operations, ensuring attentive service, maximizing occupancy, and driving guest satisfaction.

You will direct the Front Desk team, uphold standards, and coordinate with Sales, Reservations, and Operations for seamless arrivals and departures.Must have a Bachelor's in Tourism/Hospitality, 3+ years as a Front Office Manager, Opera experience, and advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hospitality management.
• 3+ years of experience as a Front Office Manager.
• Opera Experience preferred.
• Advanced English required.
• Visa restrictions limit applicants to Mexico and Canada (TN visa).

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Front Office team in line with Highgate Hotel standards.
• Set service protocols for inquiries about hotel services and hours.
• Coordinate with Sales, Reservations, and Operations for in-house groups.
• Oversee Front Desk PMS systems and act as system administrator.
• Prepare and manage the Front Office budget, labor costs, and expenses.
