Hyde Hotels in Mexico City is seeking a Guest Service Agent Overnight - Front Office to deliver a warm, efficient, and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. You will handle check-in, check-out, guest inquiries, billing, room assignments, and special requests while reflecting Hyde’s lifestyle spirit and service standards.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about hospitality, with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Front Desk or guest

Formación

• High school diploma required; hospitality studies preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year in Front Desk or guest services.
• Advanced English required; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar systems desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with warmth and genuine hospitality upon arrival.
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with room assignments based on availability and preferences.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Promote hotel outlets, events, and services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
