Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of customer service and administrative in-house duties to support the clearance process and respond to customer needs regarding paperwork and shipment tracing.
• Ensure customer information is accurately documented and entered into the system in a timely manner.
• Prepare various operations and customer reports as required.
• Ensure all shipments are manifested and report any discrepancies to the responsible area.
• Audit records and files as assigned to compile necessary data.
