• Two years experience in customer service focused on sales.
• Knowledge in cash handling and other values.
• Previous experience in a FedEx SCS Warehouse with knowledge of key customers' requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Over-the-counter customer service and clerical duties with direct customer interface.
• Trace packages and answer questions regarding FedEx products and services.
• Check packages for proper labeling, content legality, weight, wrapping and insurance values.
• Support budgeting and profitability optimization at branches; coordinate resources.
• Open and close the branch, maintain a clean work area, and ensure service times are met.
• Identify new customers and opportunities, open accounts, and submit sales leads.
• Deliver excellent customer experience by providing adequate solutions to problems.
