WeWork Mariana Escobedo in CDMX is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the friendly face of our hospitality team. You will greet members and guests, manage mail and access, and support building operations with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

You’ll collaborate with the Community Management team, learn WeWork policies, and help create a welcoming environment where members feel known and supported. A bachelor’s in tourism/hospitality and strong English are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality or related.
• Proficient in English.
• On-site work availability at WeWork Mariano Escobedo, CDMX.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Cover front desk during business hours and be on-site point of contact.
• Register visiting guests and explain policies.
• Assist with mail handling and building operations.
• Know and promote WeWork services to members.
• Support the Community Management team as needed.
• Maintain front desk area tidy and organized.
