WeWork Mexico Co, S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Community Associate to be the on-site face of the community in our Mexico City location. You will support the Community Management team, greet members and guests, and help ensure smooth operations across the building.

The role emphasizes hospitality, community building, and proactive member support, with opportunities to engage in events and member programming in a dynamic coworking environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality or related field.
• Proficient in English.
• 1+ years of hospitality experience; customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Front desk management: greet members, manage sign-in, and provide local information.
• Events and membership engagement: support events, promote offerings, and connect members.
• Building operations: assist with mail, keys, and general on-site workflows.
