WeWork Mexico is seeking a Community Lead to elevate member experience at your location. You will report to the building and ensure WeWork standards, curate events, and foster opportunities among members and guests.

The role includes Move-In/Move-Out, events, building operations, safety, and sales support. You will manage welcome materials, conduct tours, coordinate with front desk and maintain a welcoming, high-value environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in English and local language.
• Onsite role.
• 2+ years of hospitality experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong organization skills and multitasking.
• Detail-oriented and relationship-building mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Complete scheduled quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximize value.
• Anticipate member needs using member data to personalize experiences.
• Address low ratings or issues in Medallia and resolve them.
• Support front desk coverage and maintain member experience.
• Lead Move-In & Move-Out processes and onboarding materials.
• Plan and host weekly events to build community within the location.
• Oversee building operations and safety communications.
