is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of the community team at our Mariano Escobedo location. You will greet members and guests, manage front desk operations, assist with mail and deliveries, and support building amenities throughout the day. You will learn WeWork policies, promote services, and build relationships with members from diverse backgrounds.

Formación

• Hospitality-oriented candidate with a welcoming demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to learn WeWork policies and promote services to members.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide orientation to spaces.
• Cover the front desk during business hours and act as on-site contact for members.
• Register and check in visiting guests per policies; manage mail and packages.
• Keep front desk tidy and keep members informed about deliveries and entries.
• Learn members' names and businesses to foster a sense of community.
• Know and explain WeWork policies; assist with amenities and building operations.
