Hotel San Fernando in Mexico City seeks a warm, professional team member to be the first point of contact for guests and contribute to a project that embodies design, community and excellence in service.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, hospitality passion, and flexible scheduling, with fluent English required. This is a frontline hospitality position at a chic hotel in Condesa, aligning with a design-forward guest experience.

Formación

• No previous experience in the position required.
• A genuine passion for service and direct interaction with guests.
• Strong problem-solving skills, active listening, empathy, and genuine care.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Full schedule availability (including rotating shifts and days off).
• Ideally, a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related technical field.
