Formación

• Advanced English, verbal and written.
• 3 years of logistics experience with increasing responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day activities of team members
• Schedule staff and distribute workload with US/Canadian stakeholders
• Cover for team members and dedicate up to 30% of time to production duties
• Ensure daily goals and monitor performance
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective processes
• Generate ideas for process efficiency and customer experience improvements
• Create and distribute performance reports
• Build cross-functional relationships
• Develop team through training, mentoring, and coaching
• Foster a strong team culture aligned with Uber Freight values
