Uber Freight is seeking an Operations Manager for our Monterrey Center of Excellence to lead logistics functions serving US and Canadian customers. You will guide a team of managers and around 50 staff, coordinating with multiple groups on- and off-site to deliver outstanding service.

You will interact with leaders across the organization for coaching, workforce planning, and continuous improvement while driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

Formación

• Advanced English is required.
• 3 years of logistics experience with at least 1 year of supervisory responsibility.
• Experience in logistics, finance, and/or project implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Create a high-performance culture by aligning with US operations leaders for clear expectations and real-time feedback.
• Build and lead teams; coach and develop supervisors and agents to support US transportation management operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive engagement, talent acquisition, and performance management.
