Uber Freight is seeking an Associate Manager in Mexico City to lead a team focused on planning and on-time delivery of customer freight while controlling costs and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders in the US and/or Canada.

The role emphasizes using data to drive efficiency, applying root-cause analysis, and developing a strong team culture in line with Uber Freight values. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring advanced English and several years in logistics.

Formación

• Advanced English, verbal and written.
• 3 years of logistics experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day activities of team members.
• Schedule staff and distribute workload – work with US/Canada stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Associate managers may cover for team members and dedicate up to 30% of time to production tasks.
• Ensure the team meets daily goals and monitors performance.
• Develop, implement and maintain effective processes.
• Share ideas to improve processes and customer experience.
