Uber Freight in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an Associate Manager for Shared Services to lead a team responsible for planning, execution, and reporting of standard work processes in freight transportation operations.

You will drive efficiency using data analytics and root-cause analysis, collaborate with US and Canada stakeholders, and develop a strong team culture aligned with Uber Freight values.

Formación

• Advanced English, verbal and written.
• 3 years of logistics experience with increasing responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day activities of team members.
• Schedule staff and distribute workload with US/Canada stakeholders.
• Cover for team members and allocate 30% of time to production tasks.
• Ensure daily goals are met and monitor team performance.
• Develop, implement and maintain effective processes.
• Proactively generate ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Create and distribute performance reports for customers and internal teams.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.
• Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
• Foster a strong team culture aligned with Uber Freight values.
