Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. in Querétaro, MX, is seeking a Customer Experience Representative - MXO to execute freight orders and deliver an exceptional customer experience under routine supervision.

This role supports the Customer Service & Contact Center Operations department. You will build strong customer relationships, monitor delivery and billing, schedule pickups, and enter orders into the system, acting as the main contact for load updates and capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 1-2 years in Customer Service or Sales.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relationships and provide solutions to maximize freight potential.
• Monitor on-time delivery, accurate billing, and damage-free service.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and update on load status.
• Schedule pick-ups and deliveries to optimize transit times.
• Enter customer orders into the system and share details with operations.
• Obtain approvals for accessorial charges and spot rates.
• Serve as main contact for load updates and capacity availability.
