This full-time role emphasizes a customer-centric mindset and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will enter orders, coordinate pickups/deliveries, respond to inquiries in English and Spanish, and help optimize transit times while maintaining professional

Qualifications

• Must be legally entitled to work in Mexico.
• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relationships and provide solutions to meet needs and goals.
• Monitor on-time delivery, and ensure accurate billing and minimal service failures.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments to optimize transit times.
• Enter customer orders into the order management system and provide information to operations.
