The Customer Experience Appointment Representative – MXO role in Querétaro is a full-time position within Hunt Mexicana, S.A. de C.V. Under supervision, you will perform clerical duties, schedule loads, and support customer deliveries.

You will build relationships, verify orders, manage appointments, and monitor freight to optimize service and avoid penalties. A high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience are required, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Formación

• Must be legally entitled to work in Mexico.
• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of working experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately schedule and reschedule all loads awarded by the customer using proper reason codes to ensure timely delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with new customers, existing customers, and other business segments.
• Provide documentation to validate customer disputes.
• Resolve appointment requests for key customers with delivery dates within locked out areas.
• Track trailer pools to see if customer has available empties to determine scheduling.
• Communicate with customers to verify their product order and schedule an appointment for delivery, and establish customer requirements and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer’s freight for potential resets and reschedules to avoid penalties from customer and to provide the best possible service.

Conocimientos

Bilingual English/Spanish

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management
