• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, operations management or related logistics.
• Minimum 5 years of direct Freight Audit and Payment and claims administration experience.
• Experience with NMFC claims related tariffs.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor the FAP company concerning proper business controls and audit procedures, ensuring corrective action is taken when deficiencies are found.
• Ensure transportation providers receive, review, and resolve claims within designated timeframes.
• Provide data-based analytical support to track freight claims and improve metrics.
• Create and execute claims related KPIs and maintain weekly updates of claim statuses.
• Collaborate with transportation providers and internal stakeholders to manage claims and improve payment timelines.
