Job summary

Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking a Freight Audit & Payment Analyst to support the FAP activity across business units. You will assist the CAM, review carrier payments, and help resolve rating discrepancies.

You will monitor carrier accounts, coordinate with Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable, and ensure timely electronic payments and process improvements. The role requires advanced English, a finance or logistics background, and strong Excel and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance within carrier payment processes and driver payments.
• Monitor carrier accounts and aging to ensure payments align with contracts.
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments.
• Assist in spot quote processes and escalation for rate-card updates and exceptions.
• Participate in improvement projects related to Freight Audit & Payment activities.
