Johnson Controls is seeking a proactive Freight Audit and Payment specialist to support multiple business units. The role requires 5+ years of FAP experience, advanced English, and deep knowledge of logistics processes including distribution and import/export.

Qualifications

• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Operations Management or related Logistics field is required.
• Direct Freight Audit and Payment experience with at least 5 years is required.
• Experience with Transportation rates is required.
• Thorough knowledge of the Logistics industry (distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, import/export, supply chain) is required.
• Proactive, entrepreneur-spirited, and action oriented; responsible for job success.
• Strong analytical skills with mid to expert Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Team player able to influence toward consensus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and ensure Third-Party FAP auditing aligns with JCI standards.
• Review and monitor FAP company for proper business controls and audit procedures.
• Liaise with JCI BUs on business rules and ensure rules are implemented in FAP audits.
• Document business rules and update documentation with changes.
• Reduce exceptions by building tolerances and improving rating processes.
• Act quickly in urgent logistics and month-end close situations.
• Compile and monitor KPI’s for FAP process performance.
• Collaborate daily with internal and external stakeholders.
