Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Freight Audit & Payment Compliance Analyst to support the FAP activities across JCI business units in Mexico. You will monitor third-party audits, ensure adherence to business rules, and drive improvements through KPI analysis.

The role requires advanced English, a finance/logistics background, and at least 5 years in freight audit and payment. You will liaise with BU Finance and transportation partners to ensure accurate invoicing and robust controls.

Qualifications

Advanced English proficiency.
Istanbul
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Operations Management or related Logistics field.
5+ years of direct Freight Audit and Payment experience.
Experience with transportation rates and logistics industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure auditing of invoices by the FAP company according to JCI standards.
Review and monitor FAP for proper business controls and audit procedures.
Document business rules related to invoice audit and update documentation as changes are implemented.
Compile and monitor KPIs for the FAP process and drive improvements.
Collaborate with internal partners, transport providers, BU leadership and plants.
