• Schedule and conduct carrier meetings weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and as needed.
• Drive internal escalation and resolution for carrier payment issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of invoicing discrepancies and payment activity with carriers.
• Pull statements of accounts and coordinate with freight audit providers to ensure on-time payments.
• Create ad hoc reporting and support KPI reporting and project work.
