Rapido Solutions Group is seeking a on-site Operations Leader in Mexico to oversee the freight brokerage team from Guadalajara/Leon, coordinating with the U.S. office. You will manage day-to-day dispatch, carrier sourcing, and service performance, while driving profitability and team development.

Qualifications

• A valid visa is required.
• 3–5 years of freight brokerage or transportation logistics experience; at least 2 years in supervision.
• Working knowledge of U.S. carrier operations, rate negotiations, and team management.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; skilled with Excel and dispatch/TMS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mexico-based freight brokerage operation; own day-to-day dispatch, carrier sourcing, service performance, profitability, and team development.
• Direct dispatch execution; review productivity and coach performance; ensure shipment milestones and status calls.
• Set sourcing priorities by lane/region; develop carrier relationships; review profitability; approve out-of-band rates.
• Maintain relationships with sales reps and account managers; communicate delays, exceptions, and escalations.
