The role seeks a capable, adaptable professional to learn processes, track records, and coordinate with office staff, customers, and other contacts to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Comfort working with Excel, email, and business software.
• Dependability and the ability to complete tasks with progressively less supervision.
• Demonstrated ownership, follow-through, and interest in a long-term role.
• Preferred Experience Transportation, logistics, equipment management, customer service, & administrative operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate operational records, including container check-ins, check-outs, assignments, and equipment status.
• Coordinate with office staff, customers, and other operational contacts to obtain information and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize supporting documentation and help ensure records are complete for billing and reconciliation.
• Track outstanding items, follow up promptly, and elevate issues requiring management attention.
• Learn Bayview workflows and provide additional operational support as needed.
