Job summary

Rapido Solutions Group, a bridge between Mexican and US logistics networks, seeks a Dispatcher to coordinate freight movements across Guadalajara and León. You will manage carrier relationships, schedule loads, and keep shipments on track, delivering reliable service to customers in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of dispatch or logistics coordination experience, strong communication, and proficiency with TMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of dispatching or logistics coordination experience.
• Understanding of freight operations and carrier networks.
• Proficient with TMS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Load Management: Build, schedule, and manage freight loads across various carriers.
• Tracking & Tracing: Monitor shipments in real time and address delays.
• Carrier Operations: Coordinate dispatch activities and oversee execution.
• Load Planning: Identify lanes and locations for booking loads.
• Carrier Sales & Relationship Management: Negotiate rates and maintain carrier partnerships.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot operational issues to meet service commitments.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain records of shipments and carrier activity.
