DiDi Global Inc. seeks an experienced risk investigations professional to join the Risk Management team.

The role focuses on managing fraud, payment, and compliance risks across products and business flows, protecting growth while maintaining a positive user experience. You will lead fraud policy governance, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive automation to reduce false positives and improve operational efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar.
• Statistics or a similar Quantitative field is preferred.
• +5 years of experience in risk management, with 3+ years in fraud risk and SPEI network risk control.
• Fluent English skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership abilities.
• Autonomous work experience with multiple priorities.
• Ability to design risk strategies and generate actionable insights.
• Willingness to flexible schedule and work under pressure.
• User-focused, pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Fraud policy management: create and update policies, coordinate with operations and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain risk operation manuals and train the team.
• Lead regulatory fraud initiatives issued by authorities.
• Collaborate with risk operations, strategy, algorithm, and customer service to review false positives.
• Define system enhancement requirements for efficiency.
• Lead app interaction risk automation to improve user experience.
• Manage fraud-related vendors for checking accounts and payments.
• Create automation initiatives for claims handling.
