DiDi Global Inc. is expanding its fintech tax function and seeks a Tax Senior Manager Fintech to drive the design, launch, and scale-up of financial products (payments, credit, insurance, wallet) within the platform ecosystem.

You will lead collaborations with banks, insurers, fintechs and regulators, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance across markets while supporting governance and strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and postgraduate tax studies.
• 8–12+ years of professional tax experience in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of Mexico's financial and regulatory systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the financial products strategy from a tax perspective.
• Lead relationships with banks, processors, insurers, fintechs, and regulators.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Product to ensure compliant solutions.
• Assess regulatory feasibility of new fintech products and markets.
• Oversee tax implications of fintech initiatives and audits.
• Coordinate due diligence and regulatory reviews with teams.
• Strengthen governance and documentation for financial products.
• Advise Finance, Legal, Operations, and Product teams as trusted advisor.
