DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Tax Senior Manager Fintech to lead the design, launch, and scale-up of the financial services strategy within the DiDi platform.

You will collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Product to ensure compliant and scalable fintech solutions. You will manage regulatory relations with banks and regulators, oversee tax implications of fintech initiatives across payments, credit, insurance, wallet, and data protection, and drive cross-functional

Formación

• 8-12+ years of tax experience in regulated financial services.
• Deep knowledge of Mexico's financial and regulatory ecosystem.
• Experience negotiating with banks, regulators, and fintech partners.
• Advanced Spanish and professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the financial products tax strategy across payments, credit, insurance, wallet.
• Lead relationships with banks, payment processors, insurers, fintechs, and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with banking, payments, and data protection rules.
• Oversee tax implications of fintech initiatives and audits.
• Coordinate due diligence and regulatory reviews.
