DiDi Global is seeking an experienced risk investigations lead to manage fraud policy and risk operations. You will work with fraud policy teams, operations and stakeholders to reduce false positives while maintaining user experience.

The role requires deep knowledge of fraud types and regulatory projects. You will design risk management strategies, train the team, and collaborate with product and customer service to improve processes and compliance across markets.

Team Overview

The Risk Management team is responsible for managing diversified risk and operation affairs associated with our products and business flows, ranging from payment risk, fraud risk, credit risk to compliance and security risk, tracking industry leading technical prevalence, developing innovative and state-of-art methodology to tackle the new challenges emerging from fintech economy ecosystem, for the purpose to protect sustainable growth and maximize business outcomes. We are looking for an experienced risk investigation operation to investigate the fraud cases and dealing with the risk account and response for key loss metrics while maintaining a positive user experience.

Role Responsibilities

-Fraud policy management. Create fraud policies, oversight and update the whole fraud policy portfolio and communicate with operations and key stakeholders

-Risk operational procedures document and update, develop detailed manuals for the fraud operations team, and train the team.

-Regulatory projects responsible for fraud related initiatives issued by the authorities.

-Collaborate with the risk operations, strategy, algorithm, and customer service teams to perform deep dive manual reviews and audits of false positives generated by risk actions.

-Build and track requirements related to system enhancements for operational efficiency.

-Lead app interaction risk automation initiatives to improve user experience and reduce friction.

-Manage fraud related vendors for checking account and payments business lines.

-Create claims automation initiatives

Role Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar

-Statistics or a similar Quantitative field is preferred

-+5 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in the risk management industry, with experience in SCAM, ATO, checking account fraud and SPEI network risk control.

-Fluent english skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence others, with strong leadership skills and ability to manage.

-Experience in working autonomously and prioritizing multiple goals. Someone who is able to design risk management strategies and generate insights that could serve as recommendations for other teams.

-Accept flexible schedule and work under pressure

-The ability to approach challenges from a user perspective while being pragmatic & solutions oriented

-Intermediate - advance Outlook, excel and ppt
