Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participate in high-impact fraud investigations and customer response activities.
• Support fraud attack investigations, analysis, and incident response coordination.
• Develop post-incident retrospectives and remediation recommendations.
• Analyze fraud attacks, emerging threats, and customer events to identify trends and gaps.
• Produce fraud intelligence reports and executive-ready summaries.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to collect market intelligence on fraud trends.
• Maintain and improve the fraud attack registry and related threat repositories.
• Recommend network controls and product improvements based on attack learnings.
• Work with product and security teams to evaluate mitigation options.
