Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Director, People Business Partner to support North Latin America & Caribbean markets.

The role requires strategic partnership with senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and talent decisions, combining business acumen with data-driven insights to drive growth in a matrixed environment. Approximately 50% of the role focuses on Mexico and North LAC, with the remaining 50% supporting regional portfolios across LAC in partnership with the VP,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role within a multinational.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to execute people strategies across North LAC and assigned Regional Business Unit portfolios.
• Provide coaching and guidance on leadership effectiveness, talent development, workforce planning, employee engagement, change management, and organizational design.
• Advise managers and employees on people and employee relations matters, ensuring fair, compliant, and employee-centric outcomes.
• Use workforce data, employee insights, and market intelligence to identify talent needs and improve engagement, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Centers of Expertise and People Services to implement enterprise programs and contribute to regional and global people initiatives.
