TransUnion is seeking an Advisor, Product Management to drive implementation plans for Fraud Solutions across Latin America. The role collaborates with Product Strategy, Technology, Operations, and Sales to deliver market-ready fraud and identity solutions and to ensure timely, high-quality product launches.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in relevant sectors, deep knowledge of agile environments, and the ability to influence stakeholders within a matrix organization.

Formación

• 7+ years in banking, financial services, fraud prevention, risk management, identity solutions, or software solutions industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing product implementations and product lifecycle activities.
• Strong understanding of business requirements gathering, UAT processes, and cross-functional product delivery.
• Experience working in agile project management environments
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution within a matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of implementation plans for new Fraud Solutions products and enhancements across Latin America.
• Partner with Product Strategy, Technology, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver fraud and identity solutions that meet market needs.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure successful product launches within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
• Monitor product performance and customer outcomes, identifying issues and driving corrective action plans when necessary.
• Define business requirements for new product implementations and enhancements while supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, scope management, and execution to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Design and optimize operational processes that support fraud prevention, customer onboarding, and solution delivery.
• Identify operational and business risks and implement controls to mitigate potential fraud-related vulnerabilities.
• Develop training plans and knowledge-transfer programs for Operations, Support, Customer Engineering, and other internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure customers receive effective support and maximize the value of fraud solutions.
