Jobgether is seeking a Founder’s Associate - Product in a remote-first role based in Mexico. You will work at the intersection of product management, AI, and revenue operations, collaborating with the founders to shape strategy and deliver high-impact features.

You will engage with Sales and Revenue Operations, translate insights into product specs, and drive cross-functional execution to achieve measurable value.

Formación

• Strong academic background in economics, business, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Experience in a high-growth startup, VC, or consulting environment.
• Exceptional written communication, clear and persuasive.
• Curiosity with product management and AI.
• Ability to act independently and prioritise across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of a product area from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Engage with Sales and Revenue Operations to understand workflows and Salesforce usage.
• Translate customer insights into opportunities and actionable decisions.
• Define AI-powered features and translate insights into specs for eng/design.
• Write product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, and GTM teams.
• Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and evaluate feature performance with data.
• Gather feedback and continuously refine product functionality and UX.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap prioritisation, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with founders, bringing initiative and customer value focus.
