Jobgether seeks a Technical Product Manager based in Mexico to lead end-to-end engagements with nonprofit partners, translating challenges into practical product roadmaps and technical solutions. You will combine partner relationship management with hands-on product delivery, data analysis, experimentation, and engineering execution.

You will mentor emerging talent, strengthen technical capabilities within partner organizations, and help develop reusable frameworks that benefit the wider sector.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in technical product management or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engagements with nonprofit partners, driving technical execution and capability development.
• Translate partner needs into product roadmaps and technical strategies.
• Build and deliver dashboards, data pipelines, and production APIs.
• Coordinate agile sprints and manage product backlogs with engineering teams.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to shipping features and iteration.
• Coach nonprofit staff and help recruit for critical positions.
• Mentor fellows and share learnings across the network.
• Document approaches and develop reusable frameworks for impact scaling.
• Deliver measurable outcomes within 90 days and scale engagements over the first year.
