Sezzle in Mexico City seeks a Product Marketing Associate to join a lean, hands-on Growth team. You will own product marketing for a portfolio spanning Earn and rewards, partnering with Product, Data, Design, and Marketing Communications to turn research into shipped, measurable growth.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values structured thinking and ownership. You will develop GTM plans, shape product messaging from user research, and run lifecycle campaigns

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Experience using Claude or similar large language model tools.
• Clear, concise communicator who can turn complexity into insight.
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to use them.

Responsabilidades

• Own product marketing for assigned products across the full lifecycle (Discover to Scale).
• Develop and execute GTM plans across in‑app surfaces and channels.
• Monitor adoption post‑launch and identify iteration opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing Communications, and cross‑functional teams.
